Delta Dental Premier
We’ll continue filing your claims and accepting your benefits as usual.
Delta Dental PPO/Premier
We’ll continue filing your claims and accepting your benefits, with little to no change to your coinsurance.
Delta Dental PPO Only
Your claims may be processed as out-of-network, and payments may be sent directly to you.
Benefits vary by individual plan. Our team is happy to help you understand how this change may affect your coverage.
