Part of controlling exposure to virus particals like COVID-19 and other harmful bacteria is air purification and filtration. Air filters alone will not always filter the smallest of bacteria and virus particles and other harmful particles. That is why we have gone above and beyond and installed an air purification system known at the iWave-R ® air purifier in our HVAC unit. The iWave-R ® produces ions that attach to bacteria, viruses, and other harmful particles without producing harmful byproducts. These ions enable harmful bacteria, viral, and other particles to be easily filtered by the MEDIFY ® medical grade H13 HEPA filters in each of our operatories. When you combine both techniques to clean the air this is known as ‘Scrubbing’ the air and this process ensures that you are breathing a superior quality of air during your appointment.
